This beautiful floral water was crafted on Beltane day with the plants that called + were thriving in the medicine garden. On Beltane day, I went to the forest to give offerings + gather some Hawthorn blossoms, so these beautiful beings were also added into the mist. These planetary waters have become a staple in my practice and one of my favourite offerings. I craft them during each astrological season, and I do so always during the full or new moon, or when the wheel is turning, depending on my specific intention for the creation. This floral water is made by following the same base recipe, while also tuning into my intuition and honouring the guidance of plants, meaning that each will have different plants and herbs added according to the season.
Beltane Dew carries the medicine of Rose, Angelica, Hawthorn, Cedar, Anise Hyssop, Clematis, Violets infused into Spirit then blended with Hydrosols of Starflowers, Lemon Balm, Rose, Chamomile & Comfrey. It’s so beautiful + fresh. The colour is absolutely stunning ! I love how alchemy happens when I blend Hydrosols - in the end transforming the mist into this milky magic 😍
My intention was to bring in some love, joy, peace and sweetness into our lives + practices. Some of these plants carry protective medicine so you can spray the mist to cleanse your energy, around your sacred space or on your personal items, divination tools, during rituals, meditation or journaling. Can be added into spiritual baths, used to clean home, rooms. I like to spray in each corner of my entrance doors + windows to keep misaligned energy away and to cleanse my bedroom space from unwanted influences and to feel protected during dream state.

Flower essence crafted on Beltane & Full Flower Scorpio Moon, with fragrant petals of Bourbon Rose called Louise Odier. My mum gifted me this Rose few years ago, and I fell in love, got myself another one year after. This year they are the most abundant and have been a very close ally. She’s been showing up so much for many folks and I feel Rose is one of the most important plant allies for the now. Rose is the Queen of the Flowers. She is love, heart medicine at the core, embodiment of Venus, Divine Fem, Cosmic Mother, unconditional love + compassion. They have the highest frequency of all flowers on Earth. The Rose of Venus, a sacred geometry pattern Venus makes over a period of 8 years, resembles Rose! 🥹 Many medicine crafted with Rose this szn, many teachings ( not all of them have been easy, some are still unfolding), many tears and deep gratitude to Rose for continuing to guide me with so much love + grace.
Rose opens, purifies + nurtures our spiritual and emotional hearts. A potent ally for healing the maternal line: mother + ancestral wounds, and for those with relational trauma, or feelings of rejection and emotional hurt, which have affected their self image, confidence and ability to give and receive love. She helps soften a cold or closed heart holding us thorough grief, loss, heartbreak. Rose helps us stay present in our grief, sit with it, really sink into our grief, reminding us that even though the pain, there’s still softness, there’s still joy + beauty. Rose gives us strength to move through life with open heart, despite everything. She helps us see + feel this deep love in ourselves, trust in Divine timing and also our own rhythms + cycles.
Rose is heart protection + boundary medicine. Silky, soft + gentle petals, however, her thorns require respect, teaching us the importance of recognising when to set a boundary, when to say, no thank you, this isn’t for me. Beautiful for folks who feel everything, sensitive folks. Rose is a beautiful ally when we are going through identity or self worth issues. When we are afraid of being seen. When I was communing with Rose I felt safe to open up and be truly vulnerable. She held space for me when I was going through a lot of self doubts, confusion, finding myself being a lot in my head and feeling like I wasn’t doing or showing up enough. I encountered many obstacles too which brought up a lot of anxiety. I just wanted to hide and drop everything. During my meditation with Rose I heard „find your own way of sharing your gifts and follow your own rhythms”. This meant everything to me. She showed me all the ways in which I was being hard on myself, self sabotaging, overthinking, or pushing myself too much. Rose helps us shed those aspects of us that keep us down, those that are not of LOVE. She helps us come back into our true nature, into our hearts. Into Love.
How to work with Rose : Take 2-4 drops under tongue of in water up to 4x/day. Flower essences are intuitive medicines that connect deeply with our emotional + spiritual wellbeing. Therefore, please follow your heart, listen to the whispers of the plants, and engage in practices such as journaling, dancing, or meditating. Whatever feels good for you in the moment is perfect.

Flower medicines offer a safe + powerful way to work with poisonous plants, as they contain no physical parts - only the plant’s unique frequency, spirit + energetic imprint. Each plant possesses its own unique personality + vibe. When we engage with flower essences, we open ourselves to receive their subtle healing and allow that unique frequency into our being. Many poisonous plants are often misunderstood and feared, but even to this day, they are honoured and worked with as medicine by skilled and knowledgeable plant people. When approached with deep reverence, integrity, and clear intention, these potent plant allies offer us a mirror. They invite us to create a space within our hearts, a space where we can confront sacred wounds, engage in ancestral healing, and tend to intergenerational traumas. This deep communion with the plants offers profound healing, transformation + wisdom. Lastly, a reminder that connection doesn’t always requires ingestion. Plants are sentient and intelligent beings - we can call upon their spirit, gaze at the image, or simply spend a few moments in presence with them. It is in these quiet moments that the plants reach us, offering healing through our hearts, through the energy , remembrance + relationship. And they will always find a way to find us, when we create the space to listen.
