Orlik — Columbine Spirit // creative expression + authenticity + soul path
Messages from Columbine : The glow up comes from within. No amount of external validation can bring true worthiness. It comes when you know who you are and express yourself authentically. There is no one else like you. The world needs you just as you are.
Columbines are one of the sweetest guides. We have known each other for years, they have always grown in my family’s allotment, a tiny piece of land tended with love for nearly half a century. Back home, we call them Orlik, and I prefer this name in my native tongue. Their colourful blossoms have blessed our spring gardens for generations, and this year they have found me here in the UK. When I met them again, I knew they needed to be brought into my medicine garden. I spent a lot of time with them, and they held me deeply during many shifts.
As spirit medicine, Columbine helps us remember our soul’s purpose - the gifts and lessons we chose for this lifetime. They remind us that we are enough, just as we are, teaching us to live in authentic expression, instead of comparing ourselves, following trends, or copying others.
Beautiful plant ally for those with low self esteem, shy folks who may feel unworthy, shut down, or afraid to pursue their dreams, visions, or ideas. Often these fears stem from childhood conditioning, trauma, or even soul memory from past lives. Columbine helps to lift the veil + clear these patterns, and brings us back to our own beauty and unique path, the one we chose before we came here.
This essence is especially supportive in times of transitions, when we know we are ready for change, for a new chapter, but we are still clinging to an old identity. Columbine gives as a boost of confidence and helps us shift perspectives, lifting us from heaviness + fear into inspiration, action. They teach us how to love and appreciate ourselves, value our work, our voices, and our unique gifts.
How to work with Columbine Spirit: Take between 2-4 drops under tongue or in water, as needed.
Ingredients: Columbine Spirit, Spring Water, Brandy
