Into the Light / Uplifting Tincture for Darker Days & Seasonal Mood Support

£14.00

Out of the darkness & Into the light ☀️ This formula supports mood, warmth + vitality during darker + colder seasons. St John’s Wort embodies the solar force, bringing light, warmth & resilience to both body + spirit. Lemon Balm + Tulsi, both ruled by Jupiter, work together to uplift the mood, heart + mind, ease anxiety + stress, and expand perspective, restoring optimism, calm + joy. Rosemary warms circulation, sharpens focus, and helps move stagnation + fogginess, bringing clarity and that inner fire.

This potion is a personal favourite and came to be during autumn, as I felt called to work more deeply with St John’s Wort to support myself through winter and “avoid” sinking too deeply into low moods. St John’s Wort + Lemon Balm are a well loved duo for low mood and two of my favourite plant allies, but Tulsi + Rosemary clearly asked to be included, both close friends of mine. If you are a solar babe and winters are not always easy for you, you are not alone. As much as I embrace slowness, hibernation, and rest, I still feel the seasonal shift deeply. Every season moves us in different ways, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with us when we feel sad, low in mood, or lonely. Plant allies are here to support us through darker phases and seasonal transitions. Naturally, winter can bring a lower mood. It is darker, colder, quieter, and often carries post holiday blues, fatigue, and overwhelm.

A reminder that while plants are powerful beings, so are simple, nourishing practices. Eating warm, wholesome foods, spending time with nature, stepping away from screens, phones, or social media, using sauna or warm baths, and allowing space for sleep and deep rest are all part of the medicine. Herbal allies are not instant fixes. Their healing and magic often unfold gradually, over weeks or months, working not only on the physical body but also on deeper layers beyond.

Suggested: Take 10-30 drops up to 3x/day to uplift + support mood.

*30ml dropper bottles. Do not use if you are pregnant, on any medication (esp antidepressants). St John’s Wort interacts with many medications, so please use discernment, do your own research, and consult your doctor for any contradictions + herb drug interactions. May increase photosensitivity when exposed to direct sunlight for a prolonged periods of time.

Ingredients: Hypericum perforatum, Melissa officinalis, Ocimum sanctum, Rosmarinus officinalis, alcohol.
